House of Hur’s Purifying Cleansing Balm balances excess sebum while effectively melting away daily impurities, makeup and SPF residue.
This 1-step formula melts into an oil on the skin to remove intense, waterproof makeup and emulsifies into a milk for a deeper cleanse. Plus, it’s infused with strawberry, cherry and vitamin tree extract to deeply purify the skin while maintaining moisture levels for a non-stripping cleanse.
